Keep Moving to Prevent Pain
Researchers collected 10 years of data from almost 6,000 people over the age of 50.
Results: after 10 years, almost half the participants reported experiencing regular musculoskeletal pain. Any kind of physical activity reduced the risk of pain.
However, those with the least pain were most likely to engage in a high level of physical activity (hard physical labor at work, swimming, playing tennis) at least once a week.
For rapid relief of muscle pain, take a combination of curcumin and boswellia with black sesame seed oil.
