How Much Exercise Do You Really Need?

Researchers collected the results of 194 published studies on exercise that included the results of over 30 million people around the world, who reported on the activity levels for a minimum of three years.

The researchers looked for associations between physical activity, heart disease, and risk of death.

Results: Exercising at a moderate to high intensity for just 11 minutes a day was linked to:
23% reduced risk of early death
17% reduced risk of heart disease
7% reduced risk of cancer

If you aren’t currently active, even a small amount of exercise can have a big impact on your health.
