This gut-friendly smoothie is full of fiber and digestive enzymes to keep your gastrointestinal tract happy and healthy.
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
- 1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
- 1 cup raw spinach
- 1 cup raw kale
- ½ ripe avocado, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup sliced frozen pineapple
- Place all of the ingredients in the bowl of a blender. Cover and process on HIGH FOR 2 MINUTES, or until smooth
- Add additional MILK, if needed, to attain desired consistency.
