“SUPER” BROWNIES

Ingredients:
- ½ cup almond, cashew, or sunflower butter
- ½ cup ripe avocado, mashed
- ½ cup cooked sweet potato
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- ½ cup dairy-free chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a loaf pan with coconut oil.
- Using a stand mixer or hand mixer, combine all ingredients through the maple syrup in a large bowl. Mix on low speed until well-combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips & spoon into the loaf pan, smoothing the top as evenly as you can.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Remove and allow to cool completely before slicing.
