This high-fiber, low-calorie smoothie is brimming with heart-healthy polyphenols and vitamin C.
Ingredients:
- 1¼ cups chilled apple juice
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 kiwi, peeled and cut into chunks
- 6 frozen strawberries
- 1½ teaspoons honey
Directions:
- Place all of the ingredients in the bowl of a blender. Cover and process on HIGH FOR 2 MINUTES, or until smooth
- Add additional MILK, if needed, to attain desired consistency.
