This delicious dip makes a great snack or spoon it on a favorite dish. The fresh ingredients are full of flavor and a source of fiber, potassium, magnesium, vitamin E, B & K.
- 2 large avocados, pitted, peeled, and diced
- 1 medium roma tomato, seeded and diced
- ½ red onion, minced
- ½ jalapeño, seeded and minced, optional
- 1 lime, juiced
- salt, to taste
- fresh cilantro, chopped
- fresh vegetables or tortilla chip, for dipping
- In a medium bowl, combine the avocado, tomato, red onion, jalapeño, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix together until fully mixed. Top with cilantro.
- Serve with vegetables or tortilla chips.
