This delicious dip makes a great snack or spoon it on a favorite dish. The fresh ingredients are full of flavor and a source of fiber, potassium, magnesium, vitamin E, B & K.


  • 2 large avocados, pitted, peeled, and diced
  • 1 medium roma tomato, seeded and diced
  • ½ red onion, minced
  • ½ jalapeño, seeded and minced, optional
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • salt, to taste
  • fresh cilantro, chopped
  • fresh vegetables or tortilla chip, for dipping


  1. In a medium bowl, combine the avocado, tomato, red onion, jalapeño, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix together until fully mixed. Top with cilantro.
  2. Serve with vegetables or tortilla chips.
