The crockpot always saves the day, and that’s true with this party favorite—a dip no one can resist!
Ingredients:
- 28 oz artichoke hearts
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 15 oz spinach, chopped
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 8 oz cream cheese
- ½ cup feta cheese
- ¾ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in crockpot. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 hours. Occasionally stirring to mix.
- Serve with favorite vegetables, bread, or crackers.
