BERRY YOGURT BARK

This healthy frozen yogurt bark is a perfect frozen summer treat. Not only is this refreshing, but a source of fiber, calcium, vitamin C, D & B12.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • ½ cup fresh berry, chopped

Directions:

  1. Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Evenly spread yogurt over the bottom of the pan. Top with berries.
  3. Freeze at least 2 hours. Remove from freezer and break into pieces.
