Terry’s mission is to introduce revolutionary natural products that will improve the health of America.

I’ve been in the health food and nutrition industry for over 50 years. I have tried to retire several times but something keeps drawing me back to the industry. That something is…You!

I’m convinced that supplementing your diet with vitamins, minerals, nutritional factors, and herbal extracts can make a huge difference in your health and the health of your family. I’ve personally experienced the difference supplementation made to my health and I’ve seen its effects in my family, my friends, and the thousands of people I’ve met through my retail business and while conducting seminars and lectures throughout America. At the same time, I’ve seen prescription drugs and even over-the-counter medications making people sick. A perfect example is the use of statins to reduce cholesterol. I don’t believe anyone should ever take a statin drug. The evidence for their effectiveness has been overblown while their negative side effects are only now beginning to come to light.

However, supplementing your diet isn’t a magic bullet. Yet, I believe that if you diligently follow a healthy nutrition plan, include moderate exercise, and supplement your diet when appropriate, you will see huge changes in how you feel, think, and perform. My goal on this website is to share with you the “best of the best” in scientific research, quality nutritional supplements, and botanical extracts. I will also act as a lifestyle coach to help you achieve a quality of life that most people don’t experience.

I wholeheartedly believe in the value of nutritional supplements and am a passionate advocate for their use. Quality nutritional supplements and botanical extracts made by reputable manufacturers and sold in health food stores everywhere can be as effective as drugs for a specific indication. And they can be much safer. In spite of this, you’ll probably hear about a well-publicized study or review that calls a particular well-studied supplement into question.

This happened with St. John’s Wort and Echinacea, two supplements that have been widely studied and are widely prescribed by physicians in Europe. Twenty or more different clinical studies will show results and one study calls all that work into question. The one negative study always seems to make the front pages and leads to consumers ignoring all the positive studies. The health food industry also takes a hit when these stories spread. It’s an unfair assessment all around. Ask yourself this: If twenty of your friends were following a diet to lose weight and all were successful, but you met someone who didn’t respond to the diet, would you decide not to choose the diet based on the one person who didn’t get results?

Before you begin a supplementation regimen, it’s important to understand a couple of key points that will help you be successful. The first is that you give supplements a fair chance to work. This means being patient and paying attention to your body. With some products, you’ll notice changes pretty quickly, but for others, it may take six months to a year. Remember, your health problem didn’t occur overnight. It’s been building for many years. It will take time for your body to respond and bounce back. You will learn that you can avoid drugs or lower the dosages of the drugs you’re taking and replace them with natural products.

The second key to success is to choose quality. Some manufacturers are only trying to make a quick buck. They cut corners in sourcing, testing, and manufacturing. These low-quality products will not provide you with the benefits you seek and may be harmful. Find a quality health food store with a knowledgeable staff to help you select products from reputable manufacturers.

The third, and most important, key to a successful supplementation regimen is to become educated and ask questions. Don’t believe everything you read. Do your own research and examine the evidence for yourself. This is a great place to start that education, and I will answer some of your questions and help you stay up-to-date on the latest research so you can make your own decisions about your health.

I pledge to you that every week I will continue to bring you the best news and advice to improve your health. I hope I find you here each and every week. Together, we can change the health of America.
