Low Carb Nutrition
After reviewing all the studies and the observational case studies (10,000 patients) on how restricted, low carb nutrition affects our health, I am convinced that just such a diet will solve most of your current health conditions. Those health conditions, type II diabetes, heart disease, hardening of the arteries, obesity, and even cancer, plus 98% of all our current diseases, are the result of an excess diet of carbohydrates (sugar), and will not respond to drug therapy or any other medical therapy. The cause of these conditions today is based on faulty nutrition and can only be prevented and reversed by a diet of low carbohydrates.
The excess of carbohydrates, both refined and unrefined, over a long period of time causes a malfunction of our sugar metabolism including the hormone insulin. Insulin is a fat producing and fat storing hormone. Refined sugar has no place in any kind of diet, but we have gone from consuming 4-6 pounds of sugar in both men and women, in the early 1900’s on an annual basis, to as much as 200-250 pounds of sugar per year, today.
Excess carbs come from sugar, grains including grain flour (pasta, bread, crackers cookies, etc.), and many fruits, and the worse is fruit juice. Sugar is responsible for the majority of all our diseases. There are 30-40 million type II diabetics being medically treated today, also 100 million pre-diabetics to soon increase the population of treatable diabetics. The drug and ultra-processing food companies have you in their greedy clutches. Over 70% of the population of Americans are on 1-6 medications today. The Standard American diet (SAD) is the number 1 reason Americans are dying today.
We are not ill because we lack drugs to cure these conditions, we have too many useless drugs that can’t change the outcome of the health of America. Drugs don’t provide health, but only a healthy diet of good quality animal protein, plenty of healthy fats (butter, cream, bacon drippings), EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL (EVOO), and a drastic reduction of carbohydrates, eventually lower than 50 grams daily, with little or no sugar.
Some of you may have to start slowly reducing your carbs. But keep at it! You can regain your health at any age. Throw in 10-30 minutes of exercise daily, 7-9 hours of sleep each night, a low carb diet, and you will become healthier and stronger over time that you ever thought possible.
