It Is Your Fault You’re Fat
I am often asked what my opinions is of diets that are advertised on TV or on the internet. Usually all websites and advertising have their selling points and they are always advertised with successful outcomes in a positive manner. I can’t comment on these advertised diet programs as you never know if they are legitimate or not. Although I have had excellent results personally and with many of my readers that follow my suggested diet described on my website at www.TerryTalksNutrition.com. At the bottom of the home page, click on “Terry’s Diet”. This diet will not only help you to lose weight if necessary, but it will give you the highest level of energy and health. Follow this diet for three months and you will be amazed at the results. Today I adjusted it to be more anabolic, creating a leaner and stronger body. I consume proteins and healthy fats Monday through Friday with an extremely low carbohydrate intake, and eat unlimited carbohydrates on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), commonly known as carb loading. I do a weight workout several times a week. Since I’ve adopted the anabolic diet, my strength has increased significantly. You may not want to start such a restricted program but you can do my diet as described on my website. One of the most beneficial changes in your diet is to eliminate grains and, in particular, wheat and anything made from grain flour. Later, if you wish to add some grains to your diet, you may try gluten free grains such as brown rice, amaranth, quinoa, buckwheat and millet seed. Gluten, soy and carbohydrates interfere with thyroid function causing weight gain. For more information, read Wheat Belly and Grain Brain.
